…through facilitating key projects — training, coaching and working alongside client staff. To do this, we inverted the consulting model and developed IP for you.

Inverted IP use : Practical Intellectual Property written for you (not us) – with proven application. Many consulting companies prepare IP to help their (less experienced) consultants, whereas we invert the proposition since our research and subsequent methods are specifically aimed to lift your capability.

Inverted consultant hierarchy : All of our consultants are proven. They have all held Executive roles across multiple industries (CxOs, General Managers, Program Directors, etc) and /or lead roles within mainstream global consultancies (Partners, Directors, etc). Most have over 20 years business and project experience, and hold high-calibre qualifications.
